When plugged in to laptop USB port and streaming live with Web Video Caster the phone doesn't charge ... battery drains very quickly and phone overheats - doesn't happen every time and doesn't occur at all on LOS_15.1. Very strange.

Latest commits seem to have resolved the issue for now - Thank you - will continue to monitor.
