Provide an option to automatically toggle off the "sticky mode" when edit fields are in focus #121

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to google.com as an example and turn "sticky mode" on.
2. Tab until you get to the search field and start typing a search term.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since Chromevox is still in "sticky mode", some of the keystrokes get 
intercepted and unpredictable results can happen.
I would like to see an option where Chromevox will automatically toggle the 
"sticky mode" off on edit fields and toggel it back on when exiting such fields.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromevox 1.31.0 on Mac OS 10.8
