What steps will reproduce the problem?

Use Script:

  Windows, Messages, SysUtils, Classes, Graphics, Controls, Forms, Dialogs,
  StdCtrls, ScriptEvent, TypInfo;

  CnNotify: TCnScriptFileNotify;
begin

    CnNotify:=TCnScriptFileNotify(Event);
    ShowMessage(CnNotify.FileName)

end.

If to compile, an error:
Unknown identifier 'FILENAME' in TCnScriptFileNotify
