This is awesome feature, that can hugely speed up code writing.

I looked into CnWizards sources, and fount that Wizards CnEditorToggleVar.pas 
and CnEditorToggleUses.pas already use Delphi Parser to find current procedure 
or uses part of the source. So, I think it wouldn't be very hard to find 
current procedure declaration string in interface and implementation part.
