[PATCH] Fixes for DCU32 analysis #5

The patch in attachement fixes the following issues :
- Uses cleaner doesn't work with units importing generics types (D2009)
- ReadULong is used to read any 32bit value and causes range errors unless
disabled because the value is sometimes assigned to signed variables : add
explicit casts to avoid range errors
