I think we could do Feature Prioritization for our tasks in for upcoming milestones such as MoSCoW prioritization as it ensures that critical features are developed first, to meet with the client's needs.

One of the few things that can be improved for the upcoming milestones is to have more frequent team meetings, and to get a weekly update on some of the higher priority / more important tasks.

As a leader, there are things that i felt was lacking in M1 which was communications and task allocation should be improved and i will see to this for M2 and M3 report. More weekly team meetings, have a Peer reviewed or buddy system so that some of us that are weaker can seek help and feedback from other team members or buddy's. Defining expectations and deadlines clearly at the start. Lastly, to all my team members, don't be afraid to voice your opinion and be more proactive.
