Mouse wheel scrolling not working as expected (in 1.1.0) #1

In the KSP 1.4.x build, when using it under Linux there is an issue with how mouse wheel scrolling is handled....it's totally borked. The mouse wheel scroll is inverted detection of the wheel being scrolled is offset below the scrollable area.

I believe this a KSP or Unity issue. Will investigate further.
