最新 IP 库版本: 2020 年 12 月 05 日，很久没更新啦，非常感谢开发此工具！请问此工具还在维护吗，求个更新。

看到 https://qqwry.mirror.noc.one/ 的停更说明了... 还有替代办法么，比如去查询 https://ip.skk.moe/query 中的 api
