bugs: any commands should NOT work with corrupted savefile

Extra details for entries in savefile would still allow every function to work as expected

Step to reproduce:

• Make sure savefile has at least one valid entry.
• Add any extra details in the format of "| [detail]" at the end of any entry.
• Run any command (e.g. list mapped), still works

Expected behavior:

• Output error indicates invalid lines.

Actual behavior:

• Works normally.

Team's Response

Thank you for the feedback! The commands will still print out the correct information to the user in this rare case of corruption and provide a minor inconvenience for the user once he realized his own erroneous input, however we do understand that we did not catch this way of corruption in our code.
