Error in World Clock extension

Describe the bug

The extension is not working; Extension interface not visible

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Manage Extension'
2. Click on 'Load Unpacked on Developers mode'
3. Start the extension
4. See error

Expected behavior

World clock doesn't work; extension not visible
