Implement Anagram Checker Tool

Create a tool to check if two strings are anagrams.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is currently no tool in our application to check if two strings are anagrams. This feature would be useful for users who need to verify anagrams, especially in cases where the strings may contain different cases, spaces, or punctuation.

Describe the solution you'd like

The tool should:

• Ignore case differences (e.g., "Listen" and "Silent" should be considered anagrams).
• Ignore spaces and punctuation (e.g., "rail safety" and "fairy tales" should be considered anagrams).
• Remove all non-alphabetic characters before performing the comparison.
• Provide clear feedback indicating whether the two strings are anagrams or not.

This tool will be useful for verifying anagrams in various text inputs, enhancing user experience by providing accurate results even with different formats and punctuations.

Additional context Implementing an Anagram Checker will be beneficial for various text processing tasks where users need to determine if two strings are anagrams despite variations in formatting. This feature can be particularly useful for educational purposes
