Adding ROI calculator extension #2625

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I want to add a ROI calculator that will tell you the return(profit or loss) on the investment over a period of time.

How do we know when the feature is complete? I will raise a PR as soon as i am assigned the issue so that it will be merged before the contribution period ends.
