me, @YamenAlrehaili , and @AmMosnhi have finished the "Requirements Elicitation" before.

  1. Add chat feature.
  2. delete the ability to update information.
  3. edited the some of the existing requirements.

me and @YamenAlrehaili have finished the an introduction for our elicitation techniques. with that done "Requirements Elicitation" section is completed.
