Not a strong name assembly #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply add in my project
2. Compile project.
3. Error occur : Assembly generation failed -- Referenced assembly 
'BitlyDotNET' does not have a strong name.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It must be a strong name assembly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Runtime version is v2.0.50727 and OS is windows 2008 R2 standard edition.

Please provide any additional information below.
