Not working on HTC "Incredible S" #30

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install 
2.Enable
3.Test

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.5
Android 2.3.5 Standard release by HTC

Please provide any additional information below.
No apparent problems; just doesnt answer incoming call.
Tried with "Dont Answer if in Call" bot On and Off
Also tested other options, but no change.

Note: I could not download this app from Market. Err link Invalid.
I found apk at code.google.com
