Chapter11 does not have the Mass and Springs example #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The Mass and Springs example referred to in Chapter 11, pg 417, last 2 lines 
("A complete implementation can be found on this book's website") is not 
present in the Linux or the Windows examples.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The example should be present!!

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
