Improve adding/removing of dockers #221

As-is:
for adding a docker to an edge, you have to click on "add docker" in the
toolbar and then on an edge.

this is not very intuitive and the UI feedback is missing. maybe it is
possible to have a button directly at the edge for adding dockers (or by
double-click). also the mouse cursor should visualize that it is currently
in "add docker" state.
