EPML Export is not working #499

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an EPC
2. Click EPML Export Button
3. Save the File

What is the expected output?
An EPML file 

What do you see instead?
empty RDF file

Please provide any additional information below.

In r2353 (cross browser compatible xslt transformation) epcSupport.js is falsly 
patched.

The xslt source script is now hardcoded instead of using the function parameter 
xsltPath.

The attached patch fixes that issue.
