Select Event Hub should allow selecting the Event Hub compatible endpoint for IoT Hubs #6

IoT Hub has a built-in Event Hub compatible endpoint. I am able to view messages flowing through this endpoint by manually configuring it, but it would be nice for the "Select Event Hub" functionality allowed selecting this end-point.
