Metrics collected don't have timestamps #9

Matt at PCF pointed me to this: https://github.com/cloudfoundry/dropsonde-protocol/tree/master/events which contains timestamp field so not sure why it's not included by the nozzle. @bgoleno @sklava

Fixed with latest merge.
