Also made some other improvements and included a better sample sumo.conf file.

LGTM, although /opt/SumoCollector is actually the default install folder on Ubuntu machines.

https://github.com/beeba/sumologic/blob/master/manifests/installer.pp has an RPM-based installer btw... I should've forked and done a pull request but I'm not a real git user, sadly.
