changes are part of app development for Jenkins

Changes include

  1. Pipeline jobs support - include status logs and console logs
  2. More information to existing freestyle jobs - build URL, upstream URL, User, triggers, paramters, SCM information, test cases with duration
  3. Metrics for master like memory usage, garbage collector, job duration, shutdown event
  4. Audit logs - like login, logout, configuration changes
  5. Node health - like Physical memory, disk space, offline nodes, launch failures

Updated the readme.md for much better explanation on how to use the plugin
