Support for Windows server nodes

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When installing the Helm chart to a cluster with both linux and windows nodes I have to manually deploy log collectors windows nodes.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like to have additional daemonsets for opentelemetry logs collector such that they get installed on all nodes in the cluster.

Describe alternatives you've considered Document how to add log collection for windows nodes, currently there isn't any documentation and additionally sumologic doesn't publish windows server images of the otel collector. I currently have fluent-bit installed on the windows nodes and otel collector on the linux nodes and have to add duplicate logic to ingest from both sources.

Thank you for submitting your feature request. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer documentation and images for the Windows server as it is not currently supported. However, I will make sure to include your request as a priority for future development. In the meantime, we can only offer some workarounds. Hi dmolenda-sumo Any update on this feature. We are also looking for it. Looks like, we don't have choice to use combination of fluent bit for pod level logs and otel standalone agent for eks window & linux node for metrix & logs.
