Mapping MIPS module #447

Mips Module report system needs a published system diagram. We have had this in the past, but it needs a fresh start.

Essentially, we need to map everything that happens when you run a MIPS report. It would be nice if we did the same thing for the installation, direct entry system and a number of other things, but as we need to revise/expand the base reporting engine, mapping the calls and classes beforehand would be very helpful.

I think the whole team should look and help with this to ensure familiarity with the module, but if anyone wants to do a review on the base functionality. It is very complex, and is designed to meet needs that no longer exist. We should work on cleaning up the unused use-cases.
