Newcrop Account Status loads past the bottom of the page

This is doing the same behavior as /Admin/Users was doing, where the new window would generate at the bottom of the page, basically infinitely scrolling out of reach. Its momentarily visible if you grab the scroll bar and force it to the bottom. From what I saw, I think the window generated also doesn't have a close button same as transactions.

@muarachmann another izimodal issue here. @marcusbow attempt to view this with Chrome browser to see if it functions. There is a bit of code in the izimodal windows that pretty much does not work on browsers that stick to the standards. Chrome does not, and there are issues on 1080p and above screens (most of the time) using any other browser. Firefox at 1080 is the dev standard here, but that is not always followed.

In globals/Rx, first link goes into Newcrop eRx Site Address, second links go into NewCrop eRx Web Service Address. I'm not sure if Account ID is truly important for testing, mine is set to 2. Only production website can be set to NewCrop eRx Account ID 1

You need to set your user to have a Newcrop eRX Role.

Please select a Primary Business Entity facility with Tax ID as your facility Tax ID. If you are an individual practitioner, use your tax id. This is used for identifying you in the NewCrop system.

Set up your facility with some generic values. I just set up a Test facility that I set as my primary billing facility, with Tax ID 1000. Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Country, Phone and Fax need to be filled as well. Since we're connecting to a test instance these can be random values I believe. I've got the phone and fax with 000-000-0000. Zip Code is a 5 digit value.

-Looks like you used the account settings in GLOBALS, got your user account marked with an ERX role, got the basic facility data etc... stuff set up to run it, then finally got to see the status window...err or not see the status window!

I will state that I've not seen that Access Denied page before. Looking at what could've caused that.

@marcusbow it asked me partner name password etc of which i placed some arbitrary values in the Globals/Rx surely the credentials are not correct my guess

I've tried to reproduce your error message and haven't been able to get that same message.

I did reach out to NewCrop to see if they had recommendations. This is what I got back.

Hopefully something in this will help

"I suspect the site your coder is playing with is not fully configured-- my first attempt to get into preprod failed because I didn't have my admin user set as a NewCrop Dr. I checked all my setup items, configured it fully and got in with those connectors. But the site has to have EVERYTHING set up. You can use fictional/ bogus data for all these settings except the things like the NPI that have format requirements; the error messages (not the error log files) should guide you to get all the requirements right.

• A patient record with all the required demographics correct.
• The user which the coder is logged into the EMR as, needs to be a newcrop dr with the license number, NPI etc filled in per 1st pic below.
• The facility is completely set up with the EIN tax ID number, address, blank fax and phone, country code and 'primary business entity' selected.(2nd pic below)
• All the connectors and other relevant items selected in 'Admin/Globals', on the connectors tab per 3d pic.

If the connector's debug setting is set to anything besides 'none', any error thrown by the EMR will give you a log entry in 'Admin/ Other eRx logs'. 'Request & response' is the most verbose. And the eRx logs will only appear in the menu after 'enable NewCrop eRx' is selected, the connectors filled in, and the user logs out and back in."
