Posting screen stopped working after browser security upgrade

The following browser security caused the posting screen to stop functioning in chrome and fire fox,

Could have Changed the target=”_blank” to any other value works as well.

So the target only needs to match the URL basically?

Exactly That is the key, We haven't noticed any other places that it is causing an issue, I think that is the only place where another screen is spawned.
