Form generator is a great idea... and I have a "Minimal Viable Product" prequel idea.
How about we dig up those nasty old knockout TCM forms, and start using them as a workflow set for producing specific disease management profiles?
With this as a template, we can go a long way. As it develops, we can standardize the objects so that a wizard can generate them as things go along. The features we already have there are pretty darn extensive. There is all kinds of business logic going on there.
Main problem right now is that we don't have any good forms at all, at least none that are in an integrated workflow. We have to have that to be attractive to ANYONE.
Go for it, There is a behavioral need also. I can approach Trodge with the Idea of doing the form generator.
Trodige agreed to work on this.
For the the hospital version or EHR? Are we migrating this project to LibreHealth?
Trodgie will do the form generator under EHR. We are not migrating this project.
Just wondered, since you posted it here :-)
Just keeping notes some place besides my head 8^)
This is a Project that was not picked up this year
At present, the application doesn't contain a way for users to design their own forms, according to their need. For example, if clinic A requires a form, which is not predefined (not in our application), and that particular form is of no use for clinic B. Then, both A and B should be able to design their own forms, according to their need.
This should be implemented as drag and drop feature. There should be a drop-down list for form components, where the user can drag it and drop to a particular drawing area.
