PATCH: Invalid URI scheme when using SSL (ezStats2_BF3)

Please describe the bug:

When using SSL to access ezStats2_BF3, browsers complain about partially 
unencrypted content, because hardcoded http:// URI schemes are used in two 
places. Furthermore, this also breaks the ability to run ezstats on a different 
domain in plugin mode by using the methods described in the wike.

The attached patch (against vanilla v0.91) fixes this.

Thank you for this issue and your work. I've never thought about SSL secured 
sites.
I implement your changes in future versions of ezStats.
