DOC: update announcement in docs #106

here are the docs with the updated announcements I mentioned in #105

Hi @chetan201 , I regenerated the docs to include the new announcements and pushed them to the docs folder. Hope this helps. I think if you merge this, then the online documentation for Mojito should be up to date. thanks! :)

Hi @chetan201, sorry to bother you again. So if you view the currently rendered/deployed docs they have the old announcement from the previous version. I've rerendered the docs after fixing the source rst files and committed them to the docs/ folder, so you just need to merge this PR and the docs will update.

Separately, I suppose this raises the question about old announcements, if they should be kept anywhere, eg in a what's new or announcements.rst file.
