4 years ago SPR has been compiled with the latest Libnx so im not sure where this issue is coming from. You might want to check if you have the latest version installed.

Support for the temporary hid-mitm has been removed in the latest atmosphere, so you cannot select the options anymore. Please work on updating the homebrew to fix it
