Sys-Clk will not stay enabled #22

Hi,

I am using the latest version of Atmosphere and sys-clk editor will not stay enabled. I enable it, exit it and go back in to check and it always reverts back to disabled. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Using the latest version of sys-clk as well.
