Added BillOfServices and made edits to BillOfMaterials #14

Addition of BillOfServices Object. Edits to BillOfMaterials Object to make a parallel structure. BOM changed name to BillOfMaterials Added BillOfServices ProductEntry changed name to ProductLineItem ServiceEntry changed name to ServiceLineItem Added UnitPrice -> Amount Per ServiceQuantityUnit Added ServiceQuantityUnit Added AmountExtended Added ServicePaidTo Added ServicePaidBy Added ServiceGroup with the same structure as TaskGroup Added ServiceType with the same structure as TaskType Tasks object was repaired as it had disappeared from earlier versions unintentionally
