Add "Namespace" field to Item Type. Remove "namespace" prefix in Item Type name #27

Add the "Namespace" field to Item Type and populate this data based on the namespace prefix in the Item Type name.

Remove "solartypes:" and other prefixes from the "name" of the Item Type

This will separate the 2 facts of ItemType.Namespace and ItemType.Name consistently.
