Developer's full name: Mikhail Dyubkov

Changes:

move product list from "ProductList" into a separate component
rename old "ProductList" component to "Product Catalog" component
fixed layout display when there is no products
fixed layout display when there is only 1 row of products left
change product list styles on screens < 768px
