(MAIN PAGE) Filters. The scrollbar does not scroll to the end #259

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Desktop:

  1. Open main page
  2. Scroll to the middle of the page
  3. Move the cursor to the scrollbar with filters and scroll down

Expected behavior The scrollbar scrolls to the end

Actual behavior There is no way to scroll through the block with filters to the end

Smartphone

  1. Open main page
  2. Click on the "Filter" button
  3. Scroll to the end

Expected behavior Scroll bar with filters scrolls

Actual behavior The list of products scrolls
