SurfaceView brightness issue #181

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set ebookdroid to use surfaceview, close nightmode, close 
brightnessinnightmodeonly, set brightness to 50

2. open pdf and scroll
3. you will found problems like this picture

What version of the product are you using?
r1060

On what operating system?
ics 4.0

What device are you using?
T959 vibrant

I also tried in AVD, and there is no this issue. But on my real device, this 
problem shows up

do you use the standard ICS or customized assembly?
this picture is typical for CM

Yes, I use customized ics based on CM.
So you mean it's cm's bug?

Maybe not a bug but some specific undocumented behaviour. Unfortunately we do 
not have possibility to debug and fix for CM firmwares. It's not an android 
anymore but android-based fork of OS.

First time it was reported in the 4PDA thread 
(http://4pda.ru/forum/index.php?showtopic=260150&view=findpost&p=10474644) with 
CM7.
