How to setup course batch service 3.8.0 for development #378

Course service 3.8.0 run using java 11 but error will be occured -- exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: failed to load the required native library Cassandra 4.0 rc1 start using java 11 but not start cassandra using java 11 -- 'cassandra' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. how to solve this issue
