Login page - the 'Not registered? Register' link not working #100

Describe the bug On the login form the link 'Not registered? Register' is not working.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on 'Not registered? Register' link

Expected behavior A link should be functional and redirect to the registration page.

@coolbung @parthlawate please ensure reference education registries DO NOT have any reference to NDEAR etc. Please raise an issue and track it to closure. Thanks.
