[BUG]: when updating an entity, hard delete for redundant not working #1033

What went wrong?

Steps to reproduce

When Hard delete feature is enabled, having a property of type object or an array
try to update the property while removing the previous values (or not using osids for properties)
it should hard delete them but it is doing a soft delete.

What did you expect to see?

[x] It should hard delete the redundant properties after update when hard delete is enabled
