[FEAT]: Bulk Issuance through Issuance Portal

What is the feature request for?

Registry Core already supports single issuance. Bulk issuance needs to be provided.

What problem/inconvenience (if any) will this feature solve?

• Bulk Issuance API
• Bulk Issuance Workflow: Download sample, View guidelines, Upload file, Submit for processing, Check the status

Describe the feature clearly.

API - Receive JSON object & process the data. @tejash-jl to add more details & design approach.

UI - @Pratikshakhandagale to check the designs and share the estimates for bulk import. Confirm with ULP team, if anything can be re-used.

@coolbung @snehal0904 Can you update if the Bulk issuance you are doing in the ULP Project could go into core ? Also how much time did it take to build in the middleware ?

@tejash-jl if this was to be built in core, what kind of time would it need ?

@jayadinni We won't be implementing the Import designs as is. Can we have a version 1 & 2?

Version 1.

• Bulk import button
• Opens in a new window, to upload CSV and download sample format.
• Upload competition status & details, no of records added, not added, and some details like name & Id for not uploaded users.

Version 2

• Along with the above details, a space where more details list view, reinitiating the upload for the not added records. Smart bulk upload issue.
