Scholarship: Issuer: Department of Empowerment of persons with Disabilities VC 1: Scholarships (for Top Class education for students with disabilities) VC 2: Pre-matric Scholarship (for Students with Disabilities)

Mobility Issuer : City Metro VC 1: Metro travel Card

• Academic Year (later on we need to add drop downs with year selection)

• Valid till (Validity of the scholarship scheme)

• Contact Number (Pre-populated after student/recipient selection)
• Gender (Pre-populated after student/recipient selection)
• DoB (Pre-populated after student/recipient selection)
• Institute (Pre-populated after student/recipient selection)

This looks good. for the travel card, should we introduce the city name into the title (Say 'Delhi Metro') - that may make it a little more clear. @parthlawate any thoughts ?

yes having the city name is a good idea

You mean instead of City Metro logo? Since City Metro is a placeholder, it can be any city metro like 'Delhi Metro' or 'Namma Metro' or 'Maha Metro' or another label as follow:
