What is the feature request for?

Registry Core

What problem/inconvenience (if any) will this feature solve?

Create a wrapper service to integrate the identity, credential-schema and credentials services to issue VC's for the health campaign services in digit.

  1. [x] Java HCM wapper
  2. [x] Test the ULP services to create VC's
  3. [x] Integration of the Wrapper and the ULP services

We have gone with using 1.0.0 for the POC
