[UI updates] Dashboard #4

Update dashboard screen as follows: Image

  1. Add top bar which is constant in all screens: "This is a demo of the Issuance Portal. Check documentation here" which links and navigates to "https://docs.sunbirdrc.dev/" in a new window
  2. Logout link available in the dropdown menu of top bar as show in the design:

  1. Issuer detail card: Please update as per the design
  2. Issuer detail and VC cards should be inline
  3. Please replace the text "Document" with "Verifiable Credential" in all places.
  4. Remove the 'view/add' button in the VC card. The VC card should be clickable and navigate user to VC record listing screen.
