EPR-28 Bring in nginx config for running ui #389

Followed the steps to build for prod and documented it. Ran nginx against the configuration created to find it running.

ng serve in production throws up an error 

$ ng serve --prod

This is a simple server for use in testing or debugging Angular applications locally.
It hasn't been reviewed for security issues.

DON'T USE IT FOR PRODUCTION!
