Create hosting guide with Docosaurus #35

Integrating the S4 Hosting Guide into the website would make it easier for hosts to find and read through. Doesn't require much in the way of backend or anything, it's just Markdown files and React components.

Lemme know how you think would be best to slot this into the site structure.

For thorough documentation, it would be good to split it out into a separate section of the website. One thing that may be nice is to have internal links if that's something docosaurus supports: That way if we need to link to it from our app, we can point to the exact section that's relevant.
