setClickable, setEnabled not working #228

I wanted to disable clicking the days in the calendar.

Hi, there is no way in the library to disable this functionality, the best way todo that would be to delete/comment out this line I think: https://github.com/SundeepK/CompactCalendarView/blob/master/library/src/main/java/com/github/sundeepk/compactcalendarview/CompactCalendarView.java#L52.

I hope you could consider the suggestion of creating a method to change the text color of the calendar instead of just adjusting it on the xml.
