Install NCP+country A service in training environment #21

In order for the test environment to be usable we will need to get a certificate for our training environment (ncp-training.ehdsi.sundhedsdata.dk), as well as a signing certificate which must be registered with the SMP (https://smp-ehealth-trn.acc.edelivery.tech.ec.europa.eu/ui/#/).

After our signing certificate is registered, we need to register the endpoints at the SMP so that our test partners can reach our environment.

To test the deployment, consider collaborating with Einar Logi Einarsson (find him on NCP slack) who is responsible for Iceland's OpenNCP where they do Country B.

We want to build the images on Github (since we want to do that anyway, but still get the newest compose files consuming the images from git. We need to figure out a good solution for this, but until then, we will just build locally.

It now runs on the server, I have put on a script that builds everything needed, as well as creating a user to own everything (just for good measure) on cfb/server-setup. It has not been tested yet

Currently running and tested - but not registrered at the SMP - due to problems with the registration. We are parking this until a solution can be found, but should reach out to SMP for an explanation as to why it is not working.
