We undo the latest order on the prescription sent to us, if we can find it. If we cannot find a suitable effectuation to cancel, we throw an error. We also throw an error if FMK does not respond with a cancelled effectuation.
I also added some integration tests, but I have not run them yet - as I am a bit unsure if the country-b part is automatic yet :)
