Make it possible to select a neighboring feature in a topological surface layer.

För användningsfallet med grannhörande i bygglovsprocessen krävs även koppling till adressregister och befolkningsregister

Todo

  1. Select features that share the same boundaries as the input feature within a layer (8h)
  2. Use the selection set to get physical persons from a metacatalogue (frågat Jasper)
  3. Display a list with parcel identification, name and addresses (8h)
