popup menu or go directly to adding a new secret on first run

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start secrets for the first time
2. Don't see, or don't have enough time to read the initial toast

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You are left at a blank screen.  Maybe popup the menu automatically to show 
possible actions, or go directly to screen to enter the first secret.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.2

For now, I have changed the title to show the same text as the initial toast.  I
don't want to go directly to the screen for editing a secret.  I think popping 
up the
menu is a good idea, but I have figured out the best way to do that yet.
